Derek was feeling paranoid about his hair loss which started when he was just 20. He had a hair transplant when he was 20, but then his hair transplants began experiencing hair loss too. He also tried hair a replacement system (aka “hair piece”) but he found that to be expensive and require regular maintenance (and added cost).
