One Minnesotan helped create a new procedure that brings back the look of hair  through indelible ink. Most people don’t have a picture of the top of their head on top of their office desk. Darrin Gerr’s wall and desk are decorated with photos of his head. It is no surprise when you learn he is the owner of Good Look Ink in Edina. The company created a new procedure that brings back the look of hair through indelible ink. He says the process recreates the appearance of tens of thousands of individual hair follicles. It costs about $4,000 and can be done in a day. Gerr, who had the procedure done himself, says people notice something different about him, but they just can’t exactly pinpoint what it is. Gerr says the company, which started in 2009, is the only business in the U.S. performing this type of hair process. He says they have clients from all over the world. #### Share this [Share on Twitter](https://twitter.com/share?url=https://www.goodlookink.com/blog/abc-news-mn-made-company-offers-new-solution-to-hair-loss&text=ABC%20News%20–%20MN-Made%20Company%20Offers%20New%20Solution%20to%20Hair%20Loss%20|%20Good%20Look%20Ink) [Share on Facebook](https://www.facebook.com/sharer/sharer.php?u=https://www.goodlookink.com/blog/abc-news-mn-made-company-offers-new-solution-to-hair-loss&t=ABC%20News%20–%20MN-Made%20Company%20Offers%20New%20Solution%20to%20Hair%20Loss%20|%20Good%20Look%20Ink) [Share on LinkedIn](https://www.linkedin.com/shareArticle?mini=true&url=https://www.goodlookink.com/blog/abc-news-mn-made-company-offers-new-solution-to-hair-loss&t=ABC%20News%20–%20MN-Made%20Company%20Offers%20New%20Solution%20to%20Hair%20Loss%20|%20Good%20Look%20Ink) Previous story [← Good Look Ink expands Atlanta Scalp Micropigmentation Clinic in Atlanta, GA](https://www.goodlookink.com/blog/press-release-good-look-ink-expands-atlanta-scalp-micropigmentation-clinic-in-atlanta-ga) Next story [Good Look Ink Scalp Micropigmentation Showcased on Good Morning America →](https://www.goodlookink.com/blog/good-look-ink-scalp-micropigmentation-showcased-on-good-morning-america) ### You May Also Like These Related Stories [Fox News National Report](https://www.goodlookink.com/blog/fox-news-national-report) [In The Press](https://www.goodlookink.com/blog/tag/in-the-press) #### Fox News National Report 07/23/2024 1 min read [Interview on Today’s Market Place on NBC News](https://www.goodlookink.com/blog/interview-on-todays-market-place-on-nbc-news) [In The Press](https://www.goodlookink.com/blog/tag/in-the-press) #### Interview on Today’s Market Place on NBC News 10/4/2011 1 min read [Good Look Ink Opens New Minnesota Clinic](https://www.goodlookink.com/blog/good-look-ink-opens-new-minnesota-clinic) [In The Press](https://www.goodlookink.com/blog/tag/in-the-press) #### Good Look Ink Opens New Minnesota Clinic 07/24/2024 2 min read ### No Comments Yet Let us know what you think [![logo-gli-1000x500-white](https://www.goodlookink.com/hs-fs/hubfs/logo-gli-1000x500-white.png?width=200&height=100&name=logo-gli-1000x500-white.png "logo-gli-1000x500-white")](https://www.goodlookink.com) [8009 34th Ave South, 12th Floor, Minneapolis, MN 55425, USA](https://maps.app.goo.gl/cDSMTEcrzKzfZ8G7A) - [Home](https://www.goodlookink.com) - [About](https://www.goodlookink.com/about) - [Mens Treatments](https://www.goodlookink.com/treatments) - [Womens Treatments](https://www.goodlookink.com/women-treatments) - [The GLI Difference](https://www.goodlookink.com/the-gli-difference) - [Gallery](https://www.goodlookink.com/gallery) - [Testimonials](https://www.goodlookink.com/testimonials) - [Financing](https://www.goodlookink.com/apply-for-credit) - [SMP Institute](https://www.smpinstituteusa.com/) - [Blog](https://www.goodlookink.com/blog) - [FAQ's](https://www.goodlookink.com/faqs) - [News and Press](https://www.goodlookink.com/blog/tag/in-the-press) - [Careers](https://www.goodlookink.com/careers) - [Privacy Policy](https://www.goodlookink.com/privacy-policy) - [Terms of Use](https://www.goodlookink.com/terms-of-use) - Sitemap - [Make A Payment](https://api.ipospays.com/v1/sl/00Y420423f5B15vr0) - [SMP Training Institute](https://www.smpinstituteusa.com/) - [Become an Affiliate](https://www.goodlookink.com/affiliates) - [Become a Franchisee](https://www.goodlookink.com/franchise) - [952-378-1778](tel:952-378-1778) - [Toll Free Number](tel:(833-466-3566)) - [info@GoodLookInk.com](mail:info@GoodLookInk.com) Copyright 2026 Good Look, Ink. Minneapolis, MN [info@goodlookink.com](mailto:info@goodlookink.com) [952-378-1778](tel:952-378-1778) \*DISCLAIMER: Suitability, effectiveness of certain treatment and cosmetic results will vary from patient to patient.
