Finally: a Permanent, Scar-Free Eyebrow Solution

by Roxanne Chihos, Good Look Ink CEO (and Woman with Eyebrows)

If the eyes are the windows to the soul, then the eyebrows are a really nice set of curtains. Seriously, when it comes to the face, the brows are way underrated. Unfortunately, millions of women suffer from thinning and disappearing eyebrows. And if you’re one of them, you’re only traditional option has been transplants and microblading.

Until now. A new procedure based on the wildly popular hair restoration technique known as Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP) is raising eyebrows across the industry (sorry, couldn’t resist). We call it BetterBrowsTM, and we’ve designed it to browbeat the status quo alternatives on three major fronts.

Microblading vs. BetterBrows TM

1. “Scarring” vs. “No Scarring”

The main problem with microblading is that whole “blade” thing. The primary tool they use literally has nine blades, so getting this procedure definitely means going under the knife, which always carries the risk of scarring. BetterBrows uses minimally invasive needles, not blades, and therefore carries ZERO risk of scarring.

2. “Temporary” vs. “Permanent”

You know that term “planned obsolescence”—the idea that things like light bulbs and pantyhose are designed to wear out so you’ll always have to buy more? We don’t like that. Yet even with touch-ups and proper care, microblading is designed to last only 1-5 years.

BetterBrows is a permanent, extremely low-maintenance solution. Not that we can’t reverse it if you want to—that’s always an option—but if you like the way your BetterBrows look, then you can rest easy that your eyebrows won’t disappear all over again, require additional procedures and cost you more money.

3. “Painful” vs. “Comfortable”

Lastly, there’s the actual experience of having the procedure done. Microblading is painful. Plus, you run the risk of technicians using unsterile and low-quality equipment that can lead to infection. Ouch!

BetterBrows is always performed by our extensively trained Certified Impression Techs using only state-of-the-art equipment inside our clean, comfy clinics. In fact, BetterBrows is so comfortable for our clients that they don’t even require any numbing.

The Bottom Line

Compared to traditional transplants and microblading, BetterBrows gives you eyebrows that look better, feel better, last longer and eliminate the risk of scarring and infection. Why go under the knife when you can have a better experience and better results with BetterBrows?

"I was hesitant at first when i heard about micro scalp pigmentation, but then when i saw the before and after photos on Good look Ink, specifically for scar correction, I couldn't tell it was ink! it looked very natural and after all, if no one can tell, why hesitate, you want to look your best, without people knowing, right? so this was a win-win in my book. and the staff are just absolutely GREAT and very professional. should have done it years ago."

"I did my SMP at Good look Ink today and the result exceeded my expectation. The technician understood how my hair design should look and took her time to achieve the desired design. I would recommend Googlook In to anyone considering SMP."

"Okay here goes,,,,I am 46 & have been through it all....transplants, hair piece, Rogaine, etc. and I wish this that this process was available much earlier. I had made the mistake of using a cosmetic tattooist to save some money & quickly realized that it was a poor decision that required laser removal. I am extremely happy with the initial results as well as the overall treatment that I received."
